1. General & Formation of Contract
When an order is placed at the Muchacho Charly Store, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and its details (“Order Confirmation”). This Order Confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but merely confirms that your order has been received. A sales contract is concluded only when we dispatch the ordered product to you and confirm the shipment in a second email (“Shipping Confirmation”). Products included in the same order but not listed in the Shipping Confirmation do not form part of the sales contract.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Unless agreed otherwise, delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all details provided to Muchacho Charly Store are accurate. If your details change, please inform us promptly via our Contact page.
All information regarding availability, shipping, or delivery dates consists of estimates and approximate values only.Delivery dates are not binding or guaranteed. Muchacho Charly Store shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery resulting from events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
Customs & Duties: If your delivery address is outside the European Union (EU), your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, the purchaser.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices stated in the store include applicable German VAT and are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are clearly calculated and displayed in your shopping cart before completing the checkout process.
We accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Credit Card. We do not accept bank transfers or cheques. The delivered goods remain the property of Muchacho Charly Store until full payment has been received (retention of title).
4. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
Consumers residing within the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Details regarding the cancellation process and conditions can be found in our separate [Cancellation Policy / Widerrufsbelehrung].
5. Defective Goods & Statutory Warranty
All products are dispatched in brand-new condition. In the event of defective or damaged goods upon arrival, your statutory rights under German/EU consumer protection laws apply. 6. Applicable Law & Amendments
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Muchacho Charly Store reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order shall apply.
